Anything worth having doesn’t usually come easy. As is the case with youthful skin. You might know that we highly despise the “anti-aging” talk here because aging is a privilege. But while getting older is a treat indeed, the same can’t always be said about the sagging, thinning, wrinkling & all other… um... “treats” that come with. So, we’re all about aging… youthfully.
But it takes more to achieve youthful skin than a thoughtful skincare routine. While skincare is super important, it’s only one part of the bigger picture. You also must consider the foods you eat, the intake of vitamins/minerals, type of movement/exercise you do & of course (🤪) your hormone levels which a quick lab ordered by your doctor can check for.
We cover a wide variety of different topics on our blog, because wellness & self-care is usually half the battle. And so today we’d like to share 5 smoothie recipes we’ve dubbed “fountains of youth”. Every ingredient serves a noble purpose. From antioxidants to healthy fats, natural electrolytes, “super-foods” & anti-inflammatory heroes.
