Are your products cruelty-free? Yes! We are proudly Leaping Bunny certified, meaning that our company did not participate in animal testing at any stage - in either ingredients, product formulation or manufacturing.
No! VREA, LLC is 100% owned and operated directly by Alexandra and her husband, Jeremiah.
Yes! Our product definition of “vegan friendly” are products that do not contain any animal derived ingredients or animal by-products. All current VREA products (including all ingredients used) are vegan and never tested on animals, and our mission will continue with all future products as well.
All of our products are handled with most care and consideration. All naturally-considered ingredients are sustainably sourced, and we define clean as: formulated without parabens, sulfates, talc, fragrance, phthalates, triclosan, synthetic preservatives, mineral oil, formaldehyde, glycols, gluten, animal fats/byproducts, and more.
Our products are designed to be appropriate during pregnancy, however, skin can change so much during pregnancy, so we always recommend checking all your beauty products (ours included) with your doctor before using as this can be a really sensitive time for your skin.

An undertone is the color from underneath the surface of your skin that affects your overall hue. To determine your undertone, take a look at your veins:
  • • If they are blue or purple – your undertone is cool.
  • • If they are green or yellow – your undertone is warm.
  • • If they’re a mixture of the two or you can’t really tell – you probably have a neutral skin tone
Another way to determine your undertone is through the use of your jewelry. Does silver harmonize best with your skin? Does gold? Or both?
  • • If it’s silver/white gold or platinum – you are cool.
  • • Yellow gold – warm.
  • • If both look amazing on you – you are likely neutral.
The last way to test this is to pull your hair back and place a white cloth, like a shirt or towel around your neck and shoulders. The white fabric will bring out a subtle cast of color in your face.
  • • Blue or pink – indicate cool undertones.
  • • Yellow or peach – warm undertone.
  • • Greenish look – neutral undertone.
If you’re either cool or warm, and we don’t currently have an undertone specific to you, NEUTRAL will work absolutely fabulous as well.

It’s also important to know that it is not accurate to assume skin undertones are based on race. Likewise, a person with rosacea will not necessarily have a cool undertone because of the “pink” present on the face. The 3 steps above (either of them) will be far more accurate.
We really hope that will never happen! All our products are clean, dermatologist reviewed and/or tested, hypoallergenic, formulated for all skin types and with ingredients that are non-comedogenic. On the same token, we understand not all products will ever work for every single person, so should an allergic reaction occur, we recommend that you stop using the product and get in touch with us via our contact form to let us know. We'll need some additional details in order to review further and provide any recommendations.

Order Issues

We start processing orders within 24-48 hours and aim to move quick, so you can enjoy our products as quickly as possible! For this reason, cancellation requests are not available at this time.
First, please check the email address you entered at checkout is correct. If it is, please check your email junk / spam folders too. If still not received after 4 hours of placing your order, get in touch with us via our contact form and we'll look into this for you right away. Please send us the full name and email address used on your order to help us locate it.
We're so sorry that your order was unsuccessful! This may be related to the billing information provided. If you wish to reorder, we recommend verifying all billing information (including name, address and billing info) before placing your order again. If the issue reoccurs, you may try an alternative payment method.

Your card has not been charged for this order, however it may have been authorized (a temporary hold of funds on your credit/ debit card) and this will automatically be reversed within 48 hours as your order has now been cancelled.
This may mean that the product is now out of stock. In other words, from the time the item was placed in the cart to the checkout time, the item sold out. Unfortunately, this is a common online shopping occurrence especially during sale periods and/or high-demand product launches.

If an error was made when entering your shipping address please let us know within 24 hours by contacting us via our contact form. Make sure to include your order number AND the correct address.

If the order was already shipped and you have your tracking details, we recommend you contacting the courier to advise them of the address update. We will try our best to make any updates to the address, however depending on the status of the shipment it may not be possible.
We would love to do this for you, but once an order has been submitted to our warehouse, processing begins immediately. We cannot amend orders once they are in the warehouse, however we have a Returns Policy in place, to ensure you’re always happy with your purchase.

If at any point you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the standard Return Policy may vary for items purchased during any sales or promotions. Feel free to contact us via our contact form for any help with specific return-availability.
If any items from your order have been received in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know within seven (7) days from the order being received. You may notify us via our contact form for assistance. In your contact request, please send us your order number, and clear photos of the damaged item alongside your pack slip.

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges. Cases reported after seven (7) days of the receipt of your items cannot be considered.

Delivery Info

We aim to move as fast as possible in fulfilling your order. Our warehouse processing time is 1-2 business days, then we have to consider shipping times.

For standard shipping in the United States, please allow 3-5 business days (Mon-Sat). For expedited shipping in the United States, please allow 2 business days.

For international orders, please check our checkout process for shipping times as shipping varies from country to country.

You will receive tracking details when your order has been processed in our warehouse and made ready for shipping. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.

You will receive an email with tracking details when your order has been processed in our warehouse and made ready for shipping.

Standard shipping in the United States is handled with USPS. You can use the USPS Tracking Form to check the status of your package online.

Expedited shipping in the United States is handled with FedEx. You can use the FedEx Tracking Form to check the status of your package online.

Orders shipping outside the United States are mailed via Passport. You can use the Passport Tracking Form to check the status of your package online.

If you try to track down your order immediately after receiving your tracking details email you may receive an error message. Please wait up to 12 hours and try again for the tracking information to be shown online.

As consumers ourselves, we find this to be very frustrating, and are very sorry that you haven't received your order! First, we would recommend checking with the shipping carrier to see where the package was dropped off.

If a family member has not picked it up for you and you are still unable to locate your order, please get in touch with us via our contact form. Please include your order number AND tracking number, and we’ll look into how we can solve this for you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to combine orders for delivery. If you placed multiple orders, they will be shipped separately. We are very sorry we are unable to assist further with this request, but as we grow as a company, so will our options.
As a startup brand, we’ve done our best to ship to as many countries as possible immediately out the gate. PO Box shipping is only available in the United States. Please click the box at checkout if your address is a PO Box.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a PO Box address if the location is outside of the United States and will need an alternative delivery address at check out.

Passport (ironically, the name of our international shipping partner), may require you to provide a copy of your government issued passport for clearance and verification purposes.

If Passport has requested this information, please submit it as soon as possible, to ensure a fast and smooth delivery of your order.

If you’d rather not provide this information, please get in touch with us via our contact form so we can inform Passport that they’ll need to return your order to us as it will not be able to pass customs clearance.
In some countries, you will see tax and duty charges applied at checkout and there will be no additional charges to be made upon delivery.

If you are not able to see that, it likely means that the tax or customs duty will be applied to your order by your local customs office after we have shipped your package. Payment is usually collected by Passport on behalf of your local customs office.

Since these taxes and customs fees are not charged by or under the control of VREA, LLC, it is almost impossible for us to foresee what they may be. Various factors usually drive that cost: order value, products ordered, weight, quantities and the country itself. All orders will be shipped from mainland US.

I wish we could be able to provide you with a more accurate figure, but for that you would have to contact your local customs office. You will not be able to proceed to checkout without acknowledging the potential duties and taxes you may be faced with. Please note that tax & duties fees may be calculated against the order value prior to applying any discounts or sale prices.

We have been treating the COVID-19 situation with the most critical care, our priority being to protect the health, wellbeing and safety of our customers, employees and manufacturing/shipping partners.

If your items are eligible for return and a prepaid label has been provided by VREA, LLC, we recommend you use that return label, as we cannot reimburse shipping costs if the prepaid label was not used.
We do not currently have an exchange policy in place. Any items eligible to be returned, can be returned to us for a refund only. If you need an alternative product, you would be required to return the item and place a new order.

Once you have the label:

  1. 1. Fill in the return details on the packing slip (don't forget to include this in your return package) along with your items.
  2. 2. Remove all extra labels from the shipping box and place the prepaid USPS label from the bottom of your packing slip on the shipping box.
  3. 3. Drop off your shipment at an authorized USPS shipping location.
  4. 4. Please keep your USPS tracking number as we may request it. You can also track your return shipment using the USPS Tracking Form.
If your order is outside the United States, please get in touch with us via our contact form to request return instructions.
If for any reason USPS states that your return label cannot be used, please get in touch with us via our contact form immediately, so we can resolve this for you. We do not recommend you pay for the return until we can confirm that the payment can be reimbursed. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Payments & Refunds

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and Apple Pay, if available in your region.
Our Website currently displays many currencies, which you can select from the top right of the Website. If your currency is not selectable on the Website, you will be charged in the default currency which is USD. The currency conversion will then be applied by your issuing bank.
You will be charged when the order has been verified and approved.

The payment process takes place as follows:

1. The authorization. This is the first step in the payment process and it’s basically a temporary hold of funds on your credit/debit card, when you purchase a product using the card payment option. The bank will hold money on behalf of VREA, LLC to ensure there are enough funds to charge, once the order is confirmed. This may reflect as a transaction on your account statement, but no funds have been taken from your account.

2. The funds are transferred from your account. Usually happening within minutes of the authorization. If the order is not authorized, however, the funds will not be transferred from your account and the hold will be reversed after 48 hours. If this happens, you will receive an email from us, letting you know that the order has not been successfully processed and no money has been transferred.
If you have returned your item using a prepaid label provided by VREA, LLC, that label will be checked and verified at our warehouse. If all return requirements have been met, your refund should be processed within 14 business days of the items being received.

Once the refund has been processed, it can take up to 14 business days for it to reflect with your issuing bank. If you can see that your return items have been received yet it’s been longer than 14 days and a refund has not been completed, please get in touch with us via our contact form and we will look into this asap for you.

If we have confirmed and informed you that a refund has been processed, it may take up to 14 business days for it to reflect with your issuing bank. If after this time the amount has still not been received, please get in touch with us via our contact form and we will look into this asap for you.
If you receive an email from us, advising that your order was unsuccessful and has been cancelled, it’s not likely that any money was transferred from your account. An authorization may have taken, but that is just a temporary hold on the funds, not an actual transfer of funds. In this case, the hold will be lifted automatically within 48 hours. This timeline however depends on your issuing bank.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding whether or not your card was charged or authorized, please get in touch with us via our contact form.
As long as the card account is OPEN, your refund will still go back on that card regardless of whether the card has been lost, stolen or cancelled.

We cannot refund your order to another card or payment method.
