All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

* Flat Rate Shipping prices displayed above are based on order weight. The Standard Shipping Flat Rate is for orders under 4.24oz. The Expedited Shipping Flat Rate is for orders under 5lbs. For reference, one concealer is 1oz and one box of eye masks is 1.8oz.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to most countries, excluding the following: British Indian Ocean Terr., Christmas Isds, Cocos (Keeling) Isds, Congo - Kinshasa, Cook Isds, Curaçao, Falkland Isds, French Southern Territories, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Iran, Mayotte, Nauru, Niue, Norfolk Isds, North Korea, Palestinian Territories, Pitcairn Islands, Solomon Isds, Somalia, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, St. Helena, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Sudan, Syria, Tokelau, Tuvalu, U.S. Outlying Islands, Vatican City, Western Sahara
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VREA, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to show up online.
If you haven’t received your order within the times communicated at shipping, please reach out to us via our contact form, and we will look into it right away! Make sure to provide your name and order number.
